The first character to actually be featured on both monthlies (she was also the bunnysuit character for February) turns out to be an OC of mine, of all people.

Anyway, coming up with the base for this one was actually pretty simple, seeing as Valerie has had this alt since ~2016. I also changed her hair to look a bit closer to it's true intent while I was at it.
