I think this drawing came out pretty good. I'm more of a writer than an artist, though.

This is something I was thinking of. The fore legs and hind legs tied tight together. They are tied in two places, which creates more security and restricts movement more so than if they were only tied above the paws or in the center of the leg.

A thick leather muzzle, tight to pin the jaws completely, and fully enclosed. It has two straps to secure it on, and the thick leather of the muzzle extends onto the sides of the face, giving a feeling of confinement. It straps on behind the head and around the neck, making it impossible to slip off. It only has two small air holes over the nose, adding to the feeling of confinement.

To add to it, the body has been fully tied up, as well. It starts with layers of rope tied around the neck, which then goes into ropes wrapped around the chest as well, and then the stomach. They are pulled skin tight around the chest and stomach, further restricting by not allowing a full breath to be taken.
