It probably could, but when the recirculated air kicks in, concentrations will become stronger to a point that without the separate air system, all you'll see is a reenactment of an opium den...door opens, pink mist with sparkles comes out as well as a wall of pheromones strong enough to knock anyone to their knees, or spontaneously cum in their pants/dresses, or both.
