Sevelumina, the dominant religion of the Kingdom of Lumiere.
Centered around reverence for the three Heavenly Lights; the Sun, the Moon, and most importantly, the Star.
Worshiped as a benevolent deity, The Star is held in high regard throughout the country, appearing often in their architecture, their cultural arts, and even their fashion on occasion.
The core tenets implore it's followers to be a beacon themselves; to accept and acknowledge the existence of darkness and do everything in their power to envelop the world in light.
While many practitioners hold well to this truth, in recent years there have been signs of corruption from within Lumiere's capitol, twisting The Star's message to justify their eternal war.
Still, on the fringes, the devout can be found, holding steadfast to the ideals of brightening the world through showing love for all, regardless of their status, birthplace, or actions...
"From the cosmos came we, to know and love the world.
To the cosmos we will return, to know and love all that is and all that was." - common ending line of a Seveluminian sermon.
