This page was hard to work on.
By the way, the question why the girl didn't escape from the car while she was alone will be answered on the next page.
(Also, it's hard to see now, but she's a mallard. You'll see her face later too.)

Thank you so much, that makes me happy to hear. c: That was my intention, to make it a completely new language.
Sometimes I toy with the idea that the general language of this world building isn't English, but an other new language, only translated to English for better reading, haha.

Just noticing Luminous Red’s logo mark is very clever, nice one.
Senanca’s big innocent let's-go-to-work happy cat smile, omggg. ‘Just meeting the latest terrified trafficked kid, smiley face.’ AND THEN his ‘I said, IS SOMETHING THE MATTER WITH THE DUMPSTER, KEVIN’ face.
Do you have a language in mind for her language? In general do you think of the languages in this world as real languages, or all made up?

Thank you!!
I'm happy with the Luminous Red logo. c: I have this book about European calligraphy (including Gothic typography), which I used for inspiration where I combined the R and L into one design like this. And if I remember right, I added that subtle line in the middle looking like the pole for dancers, hehe.
:D I like this page for making clear how Senanca rarely shows to the outside what he's thinking. So you can never be sure if he already knows something about your or not, whether he's playing with you or not. (Okay, technically he's always playing with people but, sometimes more passionately than other times.)
' ‘I said, IS SOMETHING THE MATTER WITH THE DUMPSTER, KEVIN’ face. '
^ Haha, I thought Senanca had more of a "That... bitch...!" reaction face on him after hearing how Kevin refuses to explain he just beat up an employee of his. But what you saw, works perfectly fine too! :D
Honestly, I like to think that everyone in this comic speaks a new language, and it's just translated into English to make it easier to understand. As for that foreign language in the last panels, I don't know what it could sound like. Only that it's a very different language, not related to the language that the others are speaking.
