Astro knows what she can get away with.
I was working on this and got frustrated with all the angles and stuff, and then I realized... if there's any Transformers continuity I can get away with the softbody approach in, this is it.
And this way, you can see the texture brushes I was able to layer to look kinda like a city better than when they're blocked by Astro's big-ass wings.
Original inspiration is from a piece done by an artist called gutzgalore, who I asked permission from once I realized it was not, in fact, a free-to-use base reference and had been a YCH reposted all over Pinterest.
