Premaden Elbee, direct descendant of Premaden Zeschau, attendant to Queen Klawak, was last ruler before the Volatian Rebellion. The premadens were imperial swan (mute swan) royal attendants, a species who were elevated to special status in royal nestholds. She carries on formalities while running a disreputable saloon called the Lusty Loon.
