Two old friends goofing around. Friends who happen to be cereal mascots.
Tony the Tiger from Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes and Melvin the Elephant from Kellogg’s Choco Krispis. This is my preferred version of Melvin though I did give him the new outfit. It’s a bit snug. This started off as Tony and a Hungry Hungry Hippo, but then I remembered Melvin and changed it up.

That drawing of Melvin looks adorable, the new outfit but classic fatty Melvin. And looks he has been well feeding Tony by the look of his grown tummy ^_^
I wonder if you know of a very old version of Melvin... I found somewhere a very old pic of an ad of Choco Krispis along with a... pink elephant? If that was Melvin, he looked like Lotsa Heart Elephant from the Care Bears ^^

Yes, I have seen many old versions of Melvin. I'm not a big fan of the really old versions. To me the animators got lazy with incorporating his arms and legs into his body; it just looks cheaply done. Now, throughout the 1990's they did him right. Big and fat, just like an elephant should be.
