Jana was once a long lived species who helped The Grove during a human invasion ages ago, but due to the battle he suffered fatal wounds. In Mother Nature's grace, she restored his life, giving him a new body. He became a Mink, one that fought for his lady until the end.
He currently serves as one of her defenders in the sacred grove.
