Well, if you don't know the streamer yourself, I could submit the artwork as fanart on your behalf (I would properly give you full credit as well; I'm not a fan of people stealing other people's artwork and claiming it's their own). As for why I wouldn't comm my own avali, to be completely honest, I don't have an avali OC at the moment (not saying I won't ever have one, just not at this time).
hm I see and eh no im good not sure who or which avali streamer your talking about ngl and dont feel any emotional attachtment to any of the peeps I know myself so any art id make of them would just feel wrong or hollow xd
