Claire the Weed Witch is a witch that likes weed......

Claire is a very tall powerful witch that knows many spells despite her constant laid-back and dopey personality. She has a garden and a greenhouse at her home to cultivate such a drug. However, after consumption the drug never leaves traces in her body nor does it ever leave the bad smell on her in the same way it does with anthro Tree Hugger who she's friends with. She's a lead programmer in gaming for a witch and surprisingly does her job well despite nearly always being under the influence of her drugs because comedy. One of her biggest hobbies aside from cultivating weed is catching people, shrinking them down and taking them to her house to do various things to them since she is still a witch at heart like making them wander inside her large garden or greenhouse filled with living dangerous man-eating plants, make them test out new batches of weed, make them massage her feet and so on or she'll straight up eat them whole or have Anne do it. She's friends with the young hyper teen Anne and is also her teacherin magic. With Anne being young she can't teach her about drug use so she teaches her other useful magical spells.

Now that I have these two up I can plan to create weird shenanigans involving them when I can.
