When it comes to having fun, money and location are key factors that determine what you can do and the enjoyment you can derive from the activity. Delilah, for example, has a great deal of money from her business and her prior marriage that she could do virtually anything her heart desires; from expensive dinners, trips across the country, fancy spa visits, and luxurious resorts, she would be able to do it all without worrying about cost. However, as we have seen before (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48161821/ , https://www.furaffinity.net/view/55190720/ ), Delilah doesn’t need lavish and expensive things to be happy as she still enjoys the simpler things in life. While Delilah undoubtedly appreciates the option to see and do whatever expensive activities she desires, she doesn’t need to recklessly spend money to have fun. Delilah has found more joy and excitement riding on her bike when she has a moment to herself, whether it be after work or on a day off (if she can afford to do so). The roar of her bike, coupled with the wind blowing through her hair and the scenery changing around her as she goes from open road to cityscape, to countryside, to twisting highways. Sometimes Delilah would dedicate an entire day and just drive down the road without a care in the world, grabbing meals at dives and other diners as she goes about her day, and wouldn’t end her day until she got back home in the near dead of night. These rides are not only relaxing for Delilah, but they act in a similar way to Belladonna’s drives in the countryside; in that they are therapeutic and allow her to reflect and sooth her mind. One of Delilah’s more memorable days was when she spent the day riding around the city closest to her before going out of town and riding down the highway until she was greeted by the open road where she traveled to other small towns and enjoyed some of the restaurants she came across on her trip, only to get back around 12am the next day having lost track of time due to how much fun she was having. A memorable day she would gladly relive, Delilah knew that small road trips like this were going to be more common from that day on! Although her theater is a den of excitement, Delilah finds just as much enjoyment from a leisurely ride down the road! Who knows what else she might happen upon on her road trips!
