The Steven Universe hyperfix reared it's head last year, so I came up with a group of pearls on Homeworld called the "Baroque Pearls"! A refuge hidden in plain sight for offcolour and imperfect gems - run by pearls, for pearls. This is Mystic Black, a mysterious gem who can't speak. She almost never shows emotion, and she will kill without hesitation. Only Ivory White understands her.
