Commission for Diny! Latte gets part time work as a clown waitress for a little money, but doesn't anticipate how much she impresses the customers and staff with her cycling skills, specifically Lil Miss Rabbit. She was so good as Latte the Squirrel, in fact, that Miss Rabbit decided to extend her contract and make it full time!

It's impossible to fall off or lose any balance once sitting upon the unicycle, but it also means she's pretty stuck to it until her shift ends, so it makes for a lot of creative maneuvering around the theater.
