But...there's something about the whole situation; the brush with death, how desperately Silverbolt clings to you and sobs--
"I was so sc-scared...I thought you were dead..."
And you're not afraid to die, but Silverbolt is afraid for you, and it suddenly hits you that Silverbolt would have missed you.
You don't recall the last time you were wanted. Missed.
So in your defense, there's plenty of reasons that you're disarmed by it all.
