-In the regular Pokemon world as a riolu is abandoned because they are two different from regular ones too feminine and doesn't seem to like battling. (it doesn't have the right stats or nature that the original trainer(s) wanted).
And in terms of an anthro(ish) world Backstory would basically be sort of the same thing where others tease and make fun of them for being different than like regular Riolu/Lucario
