Yes, he's sort of in the middle stage between human and merman :3
He still has his legs, but he also has a tail now. He has gills, but not on his chest, just below his ears. His skin tone is still close to the human's one he had (slightly greyer and lighter) but he also has scales (that are a more yellowish hue due to his human nature), etc. And he's still the size of a human (so pretty small in comparison to Monroe :D)
