This is a railroad/railway crossing sign used in the Argentina province of Santa Fe. While I've never been to Argentina, I know at least two railroad crossings there that have this particular crossbuck and you can see one of them right here https://www.google.com/maps/@-32.9219224,-60.7822178,3a,37.5y,26.59h,80.29t/data=!3m8!1e1!3m6!1sD88XYTL4_JwtA_d1WRm7pQ!2e0!5s20131001T000000!6shttps:%2F%2Fstreetviewpixels-pa.googleapis.com%2Fv1%2Fthumbnail%3Fcb_client%3Dmaps_sv.tactile%26w%3D900%26h%3D600%26pitch%3D9.709999999999994%26panoid%3DD88XYTL4_JwtA_d1WRm7pQ%26yaw%3D26.59!7i13312!8i6656?entry=ttu&g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDkwMy4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D I unfortunately cannot remember the other crossing I saw this on but it too was a gated crossing and the gate looks like those B&B AMAR safety barrier gates. If you know which crossing I'm talking about please link in the comments below!
In case you don't know, FERROCARRIL PASO A NIVEL is Spanish for Railroad or Railway Level Crossing.
Unlike what I submitted last, this one is real. I don't think they make these anymore and SenkoLKE, who I think would like this once told me this was an antique!

Permission granted to use but please credit me for this, this was not easy to make and neither were the other two crossbucks.
