Happy October! In the spirit of the spookiest season, I’ve put together two Halloween stories that could star a character of your choosing! I consider this a “Trick and Treat Sale,” despite not knowing whether that’s actually clever - the “trick” is a horror weight gain story, one that I tried to write like a Twilight Zone episode, while the “treat” is a short and sweet Halloween romance story centering around a party and an expansive costume. This seemed like a fun project to put together and I am really happy with how these stories came out! The horror weight gain story will be sold at auction, while the short-and-sweet Halloween romance will be sold as a raffle.

The “Trick” is a story about a fur who wants to be a gainer, but can never commit; they spend most of their time as an encourager and online feeder, disconnected from the larger community and denying themselves. It all changes when their favorite feedee sees a sudden growth spurt that soon spreads to them too; a mysterious curse is spreading through gainer communities, triggering uncontrollable weight gain. No one becomes aware of it until well after it breaks containment into the general populace with no way to stop it. Once you know the truth, there’s not much more to do than hunker down with your growing boyfriend and watch your own waistline slowly surge into immobility as tens of thousands more are infected daily…

This 6,000-word story is much more horror-esque than I usually write with guaranteed bad end; peer-review saw it receive high marks. It involves a weight gain curse that goes global, with boots-on-the-ground focus on your-character-here. YCH gains to the cusp of immobility. They fall in with a gainer/feeder red fox boyfriend named Chase who gains past immobile by end-of-story, but the character can be changed to any intended gender/species/etc. Overall story contents are mature-rated.

The “Treat” is a story about a fur who is down in the dumps around Halloween until they get an invite to their crush’s Halloween party; they RSVP before thinking and have 24 hours to find a costume. The best option in town is a small costume boutique owned by a sweet leopard lady dressed like a witch. All of her costumes seem to run big, but when she offers YCH a magic candy, they end up growing into it, just in time for their crush to become obsessed with them during the party itself. Loving life as a big fur and knowing how to win their crush’s heart, YCH goes back for more candy once the magic wears off on November 1, and Gemie, my leopard witch character, gives them enough to bulk up for real, with an offer to come back if YCH’s crush ends up wanting even more of them…

This 4,000-word story is a lighthearted, straightforward Halloween weight gain story with magic candy, several huge meals and a cute romance between the main character and their crush. It involves Gemie using magic that causes binge eating and rapid weight gain to make YCH 2-3x their usual weight. The easiest way to describe it is cute as hell. It’s like a first date for YCH and Crush! The raffle winner can pick costumes for YCH and their crush as well. Overall story contents are general-rated.

This story will be sold in a raffle format, something I haven’t done before and hope I manage to do right.
