Astounding piece of art from both beauty and armor design perspectives
Totally awesome to see not only the fact that dragon is absolutely astounding to look at him but also smart enough to admit that scales sometimes is not enough to protect him from harm or damage
Plus logical design with element of functionality is another selling point of this art - having pockets and space to actually save something for later is definitely reasonable and better option compared to not having them at all
Also blue dragons look cool for sure especially in such wonderful style such as yours

In all seriousness though, if it was just the Blue Dragon, that would already be great, but it's dragon wearing some dressings for an adventurer too! With plate and chain to protect that vulnerable underbelly region! The attention to detail to make it all make sense is very good, I love it!
