Bloomburrow was absolutely fantastic. There's been *some* gems since, I like the excuse to yell "BEHOLD! A DRAGON!" on some of the Tarkir stuff, and a lot of the ideas in Edge of Eterenities (plus the land reprints) were fun, but it's all been kind of piecemeal. Not the unqualified banger that Bloomburrow was.
I'm sort of holding out hope for Lorwyn and Strixhaven but that's about it going forward.

The back-to-back Spider-Man/TMNT/Marvel stuff has really put me off for the time being so I'm hoping after 2026's run the game becomes good again instead of an uninhabitable media dumping ground; Lorwyn and Strixhaven have potential but Hasbro has GOT to get away from this idea that they're going to make the big bucks by turning out terrible sets with recognizable branding
The previous Strixhaven set was one of my favorites, absolutely adore the Mystic Archive thing, so like.. I'll definitely give it a shot but I feel the same way.
They got some serious shareholder brain rot after what happened with Final Fantasy. I just hope the other licensed stuff fails enough to clear their head but not so much that it kills the game outright.
