An absolutely stunning "monsterize" art piece of Abalus by the wonderful Isvoc (Isvoc)!
Isvoc was offering up a Halloween "monsterize me" commission recently, and I was fortunate to secure one of the slots. Rather than a creepy or supernatural type of monsterize piece, I asked for Abalus to be transformed into a powerful and yet still majestic dragon. He's normally a small woodland dragon, rather cute, and a truly kind soul. I was looking for something that preserved his essence, but made him more of a force to be reckoned with. So here we are; Isvoc created this masterpiece and I absolutely love it!! Inspired by grizzly bears and large felines, Isvoc bulked Abalus up considerably... yet he retains that air of majesty and benevolence. He's a big beast of a dragon but a gentle giant; he inspires a sense of awe and wonder when you see him. So luxuriously furred; just want to give this floofy brute a big hug! As I said to Isvoc, this may not simply be a "monsterize" piece of Abalus - but may be the beginning of a new form and look for him.
