Holy cow, that is a class move, (no pun intended). I personally can't see you doing much with this character since he fulfilled a really specific role and it'd be a stretch to make him more than he is on his own. Plus since you drew him with no face most of the time, you only have had a few opportunities to build deeper attachment yourself.
