I do not know the lore behind it (yet), but one can read so much into it.
Just imagine wandering through the desert and encountering a figure that has a real body when viewed against a solid background. But when the perspective shifts and you see the figure against the vast sky, it becomes ghostly and apparition-like...

Not gonna lie - that will take me some time to fully understand all of that.
But so much interesting worldbuilding! Just like Albe, the humming would drive me nuts as well. And I liked the idea behind the Sa'd and the threat it can pose.
On a side note: Since yesterday, my looking screen is this picture. And I have to point it out - it's perfect as a smartphone wallpaper! 🤩
