They are more or less supposed to be the same character, just drawn about a dozen years apart. And there is no real eye color in 'Tattoo for the Tauress' because the eyes are just black ink, though the imperfect scan may give the impression otherwise.
Anyway, her name is Brianna. She did become a supporting character in the fantasy erotica book DEEP DELVE (which was also reprinted in THE COLLECTED FANTASY ENVOY VOLUME 2.) She's a novice sorceress, dating a Dwarf called Feldspar, and is best friends with a scholar Orc.
