Alder doodles! Just playing around with practicing his shapes, and messing around with the way he looks when "ignited". He will turn into a mobile furnace and he will set you on fire if he needs to be defensive. Or at least be so hot to the touch that touching any part of his metal body would give you awful burns. Probably a holdover of his original Citadel directive, whatever that was.
There was also some playing around with giving him a weird long proboscis tongue like what butterflies have. :> Not that he needs it. The way his face tapers, it seems fun to be able to have something just fwee out like a party horn.
