My own MechaGodzilla, one based on the first MG in the 1970s. Titanicus has his own lore, but I wanted to see a transformers treatment given to such a titan. And yes, the cannon is based on G1 Megatron.

Species/Race: Machine
Gender: N/A, but looks male.
Sexuality: N/A
Relationship in rps: None, generally accepted as a brother amongst the Emborthee family.
Height: 20 feet tall
Weight: 6 tons
Voice: Every Language since "he" is connected to the internet.
Personality: Mainly thinks logically, much like what one would expect of a machine with advanced AI, but will Prioritize protecting family.
Likes: Fighting, warfare
Dislikes: Being inactive for prolonged periods of time.
Occupation: Mercenary, Monster Hunter.
Family or sibling Members: Eborthee Family
Bio: He was finished being built soon before the Eborthee family broke out of the facility. But when they facility was destroyed and the family returned for equipment. He was under labeled as the T-4000 upon being discovered and was activated. Without being given a directive, he followed the family back home and has lived with Clay ever since, being the troublesome pair.
Powers and Abilities: He can blast a huge amount of energy from his arm cannon, which the others call the Devastator Cannon. He can fire missiles out of his knuckles, along can using his chaingun that is powerful enough to destroy lightly armored vehicles. His eyes can fire out red lasers for more precision energy attacks. He can create a massive EMP to disable other mech and forms of technology. When dealing with traditional fire power from enemies, he can tank it normally with having such strong alien titanium being his base and plating, but if he is dealing with energy based attacks, he can reflect it back with an energy shield that can be activated for a brief period of time. He does have jets on his back to fly, but it's mainly used for hovering or leaping far distances. Whenever he needs to vent out excess heat, he can use the heat as a weapon and fire it out of his "nostrils" as vents to turn it into a short range flame thrower. But his most important ability is that he can transform into 2 other forms. One is a Tank form that he uses for farther distance sieges. His 2nd form is a jet form that he uses for bombing and fast travel.
