The enormous Pokémon didn't want to lift its foot, not yet. It rested it on the soft, fragile ground of the small human world.
The weight and pressure caused a slow but progressive sinking, more noticeable to the mite-sized humans than to the monumental Croagunk, who only enjoyed the pleasant, mud-like feel from the dampness of its foot.
Little by little, the ground cracked into large fissures that caused devastating damage to the infrastructure and severed paved roads. A few unfortunate souls fell into the numerous chasms opened like knife wounds.
The enormous giant continued to keep its foot planted on the ground.
There was still time to enjoy its therapeutic stroll.
