This is without a doubt the most awesome piece of furry art I have ever laid eyes on. It's the most beautiful FBA related pic for certain. I have this feeling in my chest, the feeling you get when you witness something awesome, something majestic, like seeing the Grand Canyon in person for the first time. I'm just absolutely awestruck.
Both artists did... I can't even put into words how amazing I think this is. Calling it awesome doesn't nearly do it justice. I could call it... otherwordly. Just incredible, incredible work.
I must have this in poster form, please. I'll pay for mine. If you're concerned with making profit off of others' work, make posters as big as possible, divide the production costs by number of posters and charge that so you break even. I want to buy multiple copies.

You know what you should do B? Maybe you can plan posters or pics like this one by having everyone chip in on it.

Also, it's funny, but I knew next to nothing about Phil Gale. But looking at him here, now I want to. Lots of personality there.

While not a basketball fan and knowing nothing but the bare minimums of how to play basketball on the schoolyard (which i haven't done since highschool)...
..I must say I DO appreciate this picture a lot, and I appreciate the work that not only the ARTISTS did, but the creators of the characters have done as well.
Never before have I seen a compilation of such a wide, interesting, diverse group of characters. (and from furries no less! I'm surprised it's not like... Wolf, wolf, fox, rabbit, bear, wolf, fox, folf, fox, cat, cat, skunk, wolf, wolf with angel wings, wolf etcetc)
Everything from their design to their poses tells a story about them.
and the fact you diversified your species pool! I mean, I see a ferret (<3), an anole, a HUNK of a porcupine (<3), a road runner, a goat, a beaver, a STRIPED skunk, and I think a heron...
I am not sure if I got those all right.
but the point is...there was a lot of creativity and good design put into this! I love it! and I hope you guys have a lot of fun with your project!

Wow! Thank you SO much for such a wonderful comment! I'm really delighted to hear how much you enjoy the artwork and the diversity the FBA features. I made it a point not to have any two of the same species drawn (though I guess you could argue the husky and the doberman are the same), which forced me to bring out some of the more creative species we've got in the FBA. I'm really proud of the strength of the characters and the wide variety of species we've created-- along with all the snazzy uniforms!
And since you mentioned it, I put up a who's who in the info for the picture, so you can check your species guesses against their official FBA species listing. ;)

Are you kidding me?! I should be thanking YOU for making such a diverse cast and really setting the bar in terms of character diversity and design in the furry world.
