I gave this mask the title "Two For Joy" because it's pretty much the magpie mask my friend 
windfalcon_art did (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/6913288) with slight modifications to my tastes and done with my own hands. It was also a total joy to have her visiting!!!
Also, I assure you Windfalcon is okay with how much this resembles her design as she taught me how to make this mask, beginning to end, and I had her magpie mask right in front of me for reference, along with some Eurasian magpie (Pica pica) skins I have (legal, as they are not native).
I REALLY had fun making this mask! I've wanted to learn to work with leather and make leather masks for a long time now and I can't express how AWESOME and KIND it was for Windfalcon to teach me and let me use her supplies to learn!!!

Wow!!! That's super interesting! I'm unsure if you intended to do this, but up close, whole the mask obviously looks like a bird, and then from the distance the mask looks like a stylized bird face!
