Went back and reworked the head as well as other things.
The eye now looks better then the last one. It now shows more detailing and has been reshaped better. The beak was slightly modded as well. I kept the last design and just fixed it a bit. And the feathers on top no longer has a mysterious line going though it.
Markings has also been fixed up as well as the lines around the neck.
