Getter Emperor - 2nd largest mech in all of fiction
1st place - Demonbane, Elder God form; seen in - alternate ending of the Demonbane manga; size - irrelevant. Elder God Demonbane gets so big it literally pops the universe making the concept of size meaningless.
3rd place - Chou Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann; seen in - Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann 2nd movie, Lagann Hen; size - larger than a galactic cluster within the hanrasen pocket dimension, but would only be about the size of Neptune's orbit in the 'normal' universe.

FINALLY someone who got TTGL's size right!!
People keep forgetting that the reason why was TTGL big enough to walk on a galaxy is because it was in artificially created pocket dimension where thought was given form, everything was basically a shrunk down version of universe. Fuck, even Anti-Spiral's homeworld could be seen on Grand Zamboa's forehead-no way the planet was uber-huge, as it's zoomed in on it in one scene we can asume that it's approximately the same size as Earth.
Getter Emperor starts out roughly the same size as TTGL but has potential to just keep growing and growing, evident when it uses the mass of the planet it crushed to make itself even bigger-and in Will of Evolution it's big enough to have a galaxy around it's waist.

but really that's why I would make a case for ttgl coming out on top between them - Getter Emperor just grows blindly as a necessity of its existance, whereas ttgl is the size of its pilot's will to move foreword. If that willpower is infinite, then so is TTGLs power (and therefore size). But since spiral energy is much more directed than getter rays (it only manifests fully when tempers run hot), it can concentrate sharply much quicker.
While the Getter Emperor can manipulate time and space easily, such as crushing miniature dimensions or sending Shin back into the past, remember that even as just Chouginga Gurren Lagann Simon was able to fire drils into every point in the surrounding space at [i]every time[i], so as to negate the hanrasen's evasion through time manipulation. As in every moment at that point in space from the genesis of the pocket dimension to its collapse - including before CGL ever arrived there - drills were exploding. And if CGL could break the concept of causality over it's knee like that, I can only imagine what Tengen Kikikarasu Gurren Lagann (or whatever CTTGL's next evolution would be called) would be capable of.
