If I might add to what VDO's already wrote here, I've seen a lot of people use the metric prefix for macros. Macro, Megamacro, Gigamacro, Teramacro etc, where each step is macro to the last. I've also seen the term "Terramacro" used (notice the double R) to mean Earthsized.
Personally I tend to use Teramacro and Terramacro interchangeably to describe macros around country sized and up, but at the end of the day they are all just non-standardised terms.

Now THIS is the kind of growth I can appreciate Sunny outgrowing her fictional reality, then probably outgrowing ours... Mmm, imagining her surging in size past the real world, literally outgrowing her own fictitiousness, is rather appealing~ XD

Ahh, yes, much too rare! It is the most extreme form of growth I've encountered or can imagine though; what better barrier to break than the line between fiction and reality?
