This is actually for the psp, ps3, and I believe they are going to make a Vita port. It's Jinouga from Monster Hunter Portable 3rd, since he made a debut in that game alone, and in further generations/revisions of that game.
They are going to make one for the 3DS called Monster Hunter Tri G, which will feature this monster, plus a subspecies of it seen here
