Just a like 12 second slap together that I thought made a good reference for him.
About WatercoolerHead:
He's a male figure in tuxedo. Typically no skin shows, as he has black shoes and white gloves on. His unique trait, clearly, is the fact that his head is a water cooler bottle.
*The handle is usually facing his back, and isn't visible from the front.
*He generally wears a bow tie instead of a tie.
*At the very least, he will have a Chippendale appearance, the white collar + bow tie, as well as white hand collar things. (Can be seen in another art of him I have submitted)
