Done? good, then you are on the same mood I was when I drew this and will seem less nonsense :p
Alia from the Megaman X series, becoming one of the first victims from a new variation of the Sigma Virus! Yes, not a smexy pic like the previous ones, I even went and didn't make the subject scared or aroused, but instead for a... ummm... "I AM GETTING OVER 9000 POWWA!" expression? lol dunno, but the special thing is that the character is a robot/cyborg so it is not your everyday change.
At first I had yes thought about doing it old style, fur and armor braking, but then I went for this idea instead, of having the metal itself bend and be part of the change and also making her more canon to the designs from that game's bosses :)
NO THERE WON'T BE A HERM VERSION OF THIS......... I THINK. Sorry herm lovers but just wanted to do a clean tf pic for this one, plus I have no idea how would a reploid cock look like soooo... yeah o_o' but who knows, maybe someday in the future? HAAAWWW! :p
Last of all, yes there is a story for this one (short, but better than nothing if ya ask me)! BUT, it was not written to me. All credits should go to
hexen109 who wrote it even before the pic was done and served as my inspiration xD (also, by all means visit his page for more stories, they are all awesome!).
"The light humming of mechanic engines was suddenly disturbed by a sudden explosion. Debris and sparks were spread all over the large engine room as a blue armored man made his way in.
“Colonel, any new readings on Alia’s whereabouts?” The man asked.
“She is right ahead of you X, you should be making visual contact soon.” A stern and manly voice resounded from the large auricular receptors on the sides of X’s helmet.
“Roger!” X answered while running through the large engines that took up almost all the room.
A few steps ahead, he went through a large doorway that led to a room with a view of the ocean through a very large glass window.
“HAHAHAHAHA So you made it this far X! Is that pitiful reploid so worth it?” Said a man flying through the means of jet propelled boots. He wore a purple armor that covered his body entirely and a helmet with a Y shaped slit where part of his eyes could be seen. On the man’s right shoulder, a large yellow cannon was mounted and held on his right hand, a feminine figure.
“Vile! Release Alia now, she has nothing to do with Sigma’s plan!” X shouted at Vile, holding up his right arm which ended in a very stylized plasma cannon.
“That’s the beauty of it, in MY plan I take care of both you and Sigma, and since I know you are a sucker for romance, have at it X!” Vile slowly opened his right hand, dropping the poor Alia to the ground below.
“Alia!” X said, running to his friend, when suddenly, Alia rose to her feet and screamed back at X.
“STOP! X, Don’t- GGRRR- RUN X!” Just as she said that, Alia screamed as her body started to emit large discharges of electricity.
“What have you done to her Vile!”
“Just a little gift I picked up on the way, watch!” And as Vile finished his sentence, Alia’s body started to tremble violently.
Alia’s metallic joints started to screech as her very own body started to bulge and contort. Her hands covered by white metallic gauntlets started reshaping, all of her fingers started fusing together until only her hands became large bulging stubs.
The metal then started to crackle as the hands slowly reshaped into what looked like hooves, and the same started to happen with the poor reploid’s legs as her large boots cracked and bent into hooves as well.
“HAAAWWWWW- X HELP ME – HAAAAAAAWWW!” Alia screamed between what sounded like braying, as her poor metallic body grew in size and girth to accommodate her new incoming form.
The woman’s blonde hair grew deranged as the red antenna at the sides of her head slowly crackled as they reshaped into long and triangular ears with small tuffs of blonde hair near the tips.
Alia then bent forward as a white tail broke its way out of the black metallic coating that covered her crotch and midriff, slowly slithering outward as blonde hair grew at its tip.
“NOOO-HHAAAAAAWWWW!” Alia screamed as her teeth started to buckforward and her lips, as well as her entire mouth and nose, were pulled forward, merging into what looked like a donkey muzzle.
A last bray of despair escaped the transformed Alia’s asinine mouth as she opened glowing red eyes in place of her usual kind and blue ones. Vile laughed his systems off while watching as the once gentle Maverik Hunter operator turned into the newest most powerful brand of Sigma’s minions.
“There you have it X, isn’t she beautiful? I present to you Asinine Alia, your match for tonight!” Vile laughed as he slowly flew to the upper deck of the battle ship they were at, to better watch the fight…"

I'll be damned if I think this was amazing! Granted, this is mostly due to the fact Megaman TFs of ANY KIND are rare as hell; thank goodness cqmorrell at deviantArt picks up most of the slack in that department.
Speaking of which, I've always considered making a story with Layer and Iris, but that's a tale for another day.

Well it is tricky to work with their designs for a TF of any type, which is like I meantioned on the info of the pic, you could go the easy way and just think there is flesh and skin beneath their armors and bam it goes off revealing a furry beast; but if you want to keep to the theme and spirit of the characters and series' designs you have to work WITH these armors/metal parts as if they were part of their body itself and there is no such thing and blood and muscle beneath it, there is metal and it should bend/reconfigure itself for a TF.

Wow, I may base my drawing of of your's. This is well done and creative. Might do Layer and Palette as well at some point. Like you I prefer the X series and the Zero, ZX game way more than the classics. And I agree that Capcom is one of, if not the worst video game company in business right now. Maybe tied with Konami.
