It might help to shave the muzzle a little and add a more 3d tongue. A friend taught me to sew 2 long U shaped pieces of fleece together, turn it rightside out then sew a line down the in the same color thread. I think a lighter pink would look better too. The hair doesnt sit well with me but then Im not a dreads kind of person.

Sorry for late reply, through I see what you mean about shaving the muzzle down, we're planning on doing so.

I was thinking a while back with the tongue as mum had the idea of a clay tongue (which I disagreed with and my point was proven when it broke) and then this plastic one, but we're thinking maybe changing it about at a later date and yea, while it wasn't much of my thought on the hair, it kinda helps make up for the one feature he's lacking which is his scars on the eyes ^.^;
