Yep I am going to try to create Geta for Hachiko. Why? Because I am trying to get in the Matsuri (Festival) spirit by crafting some geta (wooden shoes)and Jinbei (clothes). I love wearing my geta so much (Bottom left) that I had a special pair (Bottom right) made so that when the teeth wear out that I can get those replaced instead of a whole new pair. I even have a pair of Tengu geta ^_^ I guess that makes me a big otaku.

As far as the junbei goes I fell in love with this cheap set at Asakusa so I can get enough fabric I had to buy 2 sets of the biggest size. :( It barely fits me :( but after I sand these down smooth I will start on the that and then Hachiko will be set. ^_^
