Good and bad at the same time. Lets see, what's bad:
Woggle should've been shown moving towards the arch, and he looks more canid than felid
Coalpepper should've been carrying the same hobo pack to reinforce that its the same person
The arch should be an arc, not a half circle.
With that said, here's the good:
Considering that i commissioned you base on this pic (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7273753/), all i can say is damn this is fine, even better drawn than i'd expected.
Wonderful work on both characters, you got the colors and patterns spot on, far better than i expected.
Love the shape, i'd expected just a mundane rectangle, nothing this cool and stylized

Great work on the backgrounds, although a generic city would've gone better with the arch
Considering that you got the most important things (characters) right, i'd give this a B+, and rate it as outstanding buy, i know artists half this good that charge more for a commission. For the next few months by cash flow is brutally compromised, but keep your eyes open for another commission request from me.

Im not good at Architectonical drawings (also i thought you wanted the arch to be simplified, because of the ref pics you gave me) thats why the arch is so simple and why i didnt make a city as Coalpepper`s BG.

To me a detailed arch would be trying to get it to look like this (http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/3/30/Gateway_Arch_(distant_view).jpg/200px-Gateway_Arch_(distant_view).jpg), rather than just the basic arch shape (high and narrow).
