I'm making mead, 'honey wine' if you don't know what that is. :) Surprisingly easy to make overall too, but it does require some time, attention, and a bit of help from others who know what they're doing. I finished my first batch last month, and aside from a few mistakes I made, it was met with good reviews overall. It's one of those kinds that can be made with just about anything, but my first one had apples, cinnamon, and some orange peel (one of my mistakes with that ingredient). My next one will be more sweet tooth-y with the kinds of spices I added in. :P

Hehe, well my next batch won't be ready for another month and a half at the very least. I don't know how shipping wine works, but that'll have to be something I'd have to look into.
