If I'm not mistaken, it's meant tor epresent one of the characters from Oren the Otter's comic, "Room For One More". That should be Mr. Fluffle undergoing a rapid (and completely involuntary) transformation into a non-anthro seal. (Which was interesting, considering the seals in his world are anthropomorphic.)

I never actually thought of that, and the particular storyline in question was my suggestion. The fact that Jim Fluffle and I look that similar during the process is pure coincidence (even though I inked the comic).
