Wow I've had this as my LJ backround for ages. Anyway, after talking with my sister today it was decided I'd stick it up on my FA page here - I honestly just felt like sharing it with everyone who hadn't seen it.
Oh and if you're going to ask, my dragon side is based on a Moorish Idol fish, so that should explain the title for ya.

Hmm, I could've sworn I've seen this somewhere before...but I can't remember where...
And I had a feeling your designs were based off of some kind of fish, I just didn't know what kind. :P Now I know, and I feel a tad smarter.
Lol, now I feel like creating a character based off a fish's patterns and colourations. XD Yay for inspiration! :D
I really like how the tail and leg are sort of blending into the water, showing that their out in the distance a little, that their not so close to the body like the other limbs. :) I also like the water ripples on the body, the entire anatomy is wonderful, very loose and relaxed. I also think the expression and the little fish are cute. ^.-.^
