I can see the intimidation in his eyes but I am sure he'll muster the courage and be a great rider one day. Cute, cute picture.

Much as I felt when I first rode a horse... and fell to the ground not long after.

Same here, although I rode with a friend of my moms the first time I was on a horse. This is how I felt when I rode my first horse on my own of course she was a pony so it didn't hurt very much when I fell. She had a little filly named "Franny" So now I'm trying to learn how to ride her, and she's a bit bigger and a bit more of a handfull.

I was seven, the horse was a full-sized riding-beast... and it put me off horseback riding for years afterwards. Got over it, though... in the mountains of Colorado, of all places. Had a saddle that time, and a friendly nag who seemed to like me. ^^ I've loved horses ever since.

when i first went horse rideing i was galloping without holding onto the horse XD i felt more like a elf then a cowboy :P but i did have a good horse

we should help this lil cowboy get on his horse and hell feel safe with the horse in no time

I think a pony would be more appropriate to start riding, is for his own safety

That horse is very big for Raynard. He'd be like Bilbo the Hobbit on a full-sized horse. The ideal horse for Raynard would be a Fallabella breed.
