Sometimes Boosty can be tricky, especially if you have an incoming commission more, that for $100.
Try to ask commissioner to split up payment for parts (for example, $50 and $50 or something like this.)

I think it's on the Boosty's side, it's an often case. I haven't any operations on Boosty for a while now, but I'm sure somebody who had will appear.
I think, it's better to just wait for some time and try again, because the site is just acting weirdly sometimes.
