It seems like the Minecraft movie has general audiences all over the place with how they feel about the film. Some people like it a lot, others don't care for it, or think it's just fine. I saw it with my younger brothers this past weekend and I had a blast myself. However you feel about it, it's all valid and it's not a movie for everyone. Personally for me, I was just happy to have a fun time at the movies again and have a good laugh because sometimes life feels too serious nowadays and we could all use more bright spots to lift our spirits up. I would at least recommend everyone give it a watch on streaming when it's at no extra cost on Max most likely in a few months.
