Life Update (Oct 2025)
So... been a bit since I made a journal or much less one about my life in general.
It's had some ups, some downs, and a lot of neutrals. Guess I should start on the good first. Well among the goods:
1. I'm finally writing up a story, vore one. Feel proud of myself for finally writing something for once.
2. Speaking of eating stuff for... personal moral and environmental reasons I've been eating a lot less meat lately. I have been trying a lot of vegetarian and even vegan alternatives to meat especially the ones available at the store I work at. I've taken a liking to these microwave vegan pork chops and plant-based steaks even if they are pretty damn pricey.
Now for the negative: Honestly my job.
My jobs been getting more hectic in general and the year's been kinda crap here. For the early part of it we had to deal with a three person maintenance team (me being one of em) dealing with one superstore and during that time our carboard bailor broke for like 4-5 weeks. Immediately after the fourth person came back in February after being out because of an injury, they decided to do a remodel of our store. Dear. God. Shit was constantly being moved around so much you couldn't keep track anymore. The people remodeling were messy as fuck, always breaking shit or leaving a fuckload of extra trash. I could barely clean the bathrooms half the time. By the end of it in June all of us were pretty much on edge because of this remodel horseshit.
While its not as bad as remodel it's gotten... honestly worse than usual due to the fact that our store barely has a dayshift maintenance. They make them often come in at 8 or as far as 12 (1-5 hours after night shift goes home) and even then often force the daytime maintenance dudes to do tasks that isn't even meant for them! And that's if we're lucky some days there's no dayshift maintenance at all. Because of that me and the nightshift maintenance dudes have been having to do a lot more extra work just to keep this shithole in place.
