Hey there cuties!
March 8th is International Women’s Day, and
Ratcha has brought us the perfect banner for the occasion!
Don’t forget to leave your comments and favs at the original here.
Please use the tag FABanner2026 in your keywords so we can easily locate submissions!
You may have noticed the new year on the tag! We want to be clear—we may still pick some from previous years as so many wonderful banners have been submitted! The new tag just helps keep things up to date for everyone to browse!
What are community banners?
Our Community Banners are where artists submit banner ideas throughout the year and, if chosen, they will be featured as the site's default banner for a minimum of one week—sometimes longer if it fits a season or holiday. There is no set amount of banners that we choose. We may pick 3, or 12, or even 42! Remember to add FABanner2026 to your tags for us to easily locate submissions. We ask that at least one of the mascots is featured, but preferably both of us. Focus must be primarily on the mascots. All banners must meet General Rating guidelines to be considered. Banner sizes are fixed at 1850x300 pixels.
❤️ Thank you again,
Ratcha. Please keep the comments on topic and stay excellent to each other! ❤

I didn't knew the staff was so based
It's also why I believe women should be allowed to go topless (Admit it: BEWBS ARE BEAUTIFUL!): Equal Rights.
We need to eliminate ALL gender-based Double Standards.
Female Pope? Yes.
Mr. America contest? Yes.
Female Doctor ("Nurse Who")? THIRTEENTH DOCTOR IS BEST DOCTOR!
Besides, it's unlikely that topless kids would be the right solution.(but if we limit someone based on age or other factors, whether it's appearance or anything else, then it won't be any better. Fighting against limitations is always a hydra- cut off one head and two will grow)
Men can have a banner, let's just not treat it as an injustice if it doesn't transpire.
This whole argument started because someone brought up "why not men" as if celebrating women meant we were forgetting men existed. I didn't counter it because I don't like men. I'm a man myself. I'm a cisgender male.
So save your self-rightous talk for some idiot MAGA and quit trying to pick fights with allies.
Thank you.
And as a man, I think it's stupid to compare the two when it's quite obvious women are still being mistreated.
This is more akin to bitching about LGBT representation in films and asking why don't we have it for straight people. It's not necessary.
and as i said below hope all the women have a fantastic day <3
p.s thanks for pointing it out. ^_^ seems i got to keep a better eye on what holidays are when
With that said, happy international women's day to women. <3
But yes, I agree, mental health is an important subject, whether it be men's or women's mental health. <3
Happy women's day to all wonderful gals over here (yes, all of you ^^)
hope all the women who see this have a fantastic day. <3
and those that don't still have a fantastic day <3 <3
Just wish it could carry the initial meaning of the women emancipation day and spread awareness. But I'm happy my thoughts got voiced in the comment section
Awareness is also celebration.
Always know and remember we were born to be happy!
make no hate based on haters speech and way of thinking, sweeties~
I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter
Dancing through the fire 'cause I am a champion
And you're gonna hear me roar
Louder, louder than a lion 'cause I am the champion
And you're gonna hear me roar...
*^^*
("Roar" by Katy Perry)
Happy international women's day!!
I like the banner!
But I do agree with some of the people in the comments pointing out that International Women's Day is to "commemorate women's fight for equality and liberation along with the women's rights movement. "
Women have, and still do, have to fight for equality in many places, and I do still see men trying to put women down for being treated as less. Just because "I don't see it" or "I treat women right" doesn't mean that women are actually treated equally.
Next year, I hope to try and submit my own banner next year that can better represent women's suffrage and the achievements women have made over the years.
Note: This does not remove the importance or the struggle men go through in their own lives. Toxic masculinity and mental health for men are still very important to recognize. But to try to bring those things up as if they "don't matter" during a day trying to recognize that women were overlooked, overwritten, and had fewer rights, and they had to fight for them, is pretty tone deaf.
