Yes, I am honestly considering starting my own animation studio. Our location would be in central NY, but work submitted over the internet if nessesary would be equally acceptable for those not in the area.
Now, this isn't a certain thing, not by far, I'm just trying to get a feel for how many people might be interested.

Positions I'd be looking into filling:
3D artist
3D animator
3D texture artist
3D FX specialist
concept artist/storyboarder
marketing specialists
****
2D FX specialist
2D animator
Film specialists
Multimedia composition specialist

Items below the **** are secondary, as if I have to choose, I'd preferr the company to be focused on 3D work.

To pull this off I'm thinking of enrolling in a course in business management, so I can have some time to write up a business plan and other entrepenurial prerequisetes. However, I've been told this isn;t nessesarily needed.

So my questions really are two-fold:
Anyone interested in joining me in this should I get the funding and paperwork ready?
Anyone with tips and suggestions on how to get the ball rolling or avoid some red tape?
