Hey there all, I've been wanting to try something to get out of this creative slump I've been in for a while, and with the warming weather I've gotten the itch to be creative again. However, I can't seem to get back to visual work again, so I thought I'd take up the proverbial pen.

Here's where it gets interesting: I have several story ideas floating in my head that never really got a chance to get fleshed out, because I have an idea of where the story begins, but am unsure how to continue it. So, I thought it would be neet to start up a little game!

Here's how it works: I will write the first segment of each of these story ideas and send it to the first person to sign up under that title. That person would then write the next step of the story and forward it to the next person in line, and so on, untill it gets back to me. At that point, I (or all of us) will post what we have so far as "chapter 1" of the story, with each author's contribution seperated from the others by a line of asterisks or something so everyone can recieve critique and comments on their segment.

Each segment of a chapter should be between 1 and 5 pages of Times New Roman 10-point. Don't worry if you go over, or if you can fit the whole scene you're doing in less than a full page, those numbers are just a guideline.

Please, tell me what you think of the idea! Also, if you have your own ideas to add to the list of stories, send them to me in a note and I'd be glad to add it to the list, and you'd get to go first too. ^^

1. Faith and Family, Power and Pride.
A seasoned Wolf warrior is tasked by his dragon goddess with taking as many mates as possible and, along with his demigod son, breeding her an army of fanatical followers. However, the old wolf is about to be chalanged for dominance of his budding kingdom by his own blood.

2. Her Imperial Magesty's Virtue.
Shiara, the first Kitsune to achieve the fifth tail in a thousand years, absolute ruler of all she surveys, is faced with the most difficult decision of her life. To prevent a war that would destroy her empire, she must choose which of her rivals she hates the least to forge an alliance. However, tradition dictates a marriage to cement the deal, and her decision must be made before the next full moon. To make matters worse, the inner workings of her body are conspiring against her, and it seems that she may not be able long resist the clarion call of her womb.

3. Horse Play.
A young unicorn finds himself abducted by a wily dragoness to be used in magical experimentation. Although he initially finds the procedures quite agreeable, he soon finds things taking a somewhat disturbing bend.

A deep space exploration mission stumbles across an ancient alien device. Upon some serious examination, and some lucky breaks in translation, it seems the device is related to something called an "Alchemaical Diamond"; an item that is used to transform objects from one shape or substabce into another. However, when the device suddenly turns on, the crew must find a way to understand it's true function before the rampant changes, to themselves and the ship, doom them all to an icy grave in inter-galactic space.

To make it fair, I'll be adding people to the list of authors on a given story by their first choice. Feel free to pick more than one, but if I can get five people who would like that story as their first choice before a week has gone by I'll concider that story "full". If the story isn't full by a week, I'll be letting second-choice authors in too, and so on. And yes, you can write to more than one story. If a story is "full" before I get to your comment, and that is the one you have as your first choice, I'll treat your second choice as if it were your first.
