About SOPA, Am I gonna continue drawing my fav XV??

In the near futur, Will I be still allowed to draw my favorite character XV if SOPA is passed in the U.S.? To my understanding, Obama doesn't really really read any bill he signs(with no suprise!) and to my understanding, if we enforced a law that force people like you and me to get permission to copyrighted stuff before making any changes ourselve is consider a felony in some sort...Like, it would really really sucked ass if this bad dream could be true??!

nice! I justed wikipedia ACTA and boom, Canada signed the damm thing but it gets worst, an University in Ottawa filed for an access to information request in court I beleive and they receive a document stating the agreement with the rest of the page blacked out so they can't read whats in it! These people are crazy! but im still scared of ACTA, it the new SOPA X.X

Well ACTA is basically a SOPA/PIPA deviant, just worded differently and less severe then SOPA/PIPA, but still gives the government be able to prosecute people. Sucks that countries are signing ACTA into law or whatever.

ACTA getting flood of NO from people in states none them want it and Do this dumb ass people read there own bills to find out it will Kill what little moeny the do get from stuff and cause there own death of that.
